This is the Chess Pavillion in Chicago, Illinois. Many great memories were made here.
Every time I am in Chicago I come here with my dad and talk about nothing in particular.
I have also played some formidable opponents, perhaps the greatest gift they could give me
was not letting me win, this made me a sharper player and a stronger person. I would say that
in all of Chicago, the Chess Pavillion boasts the most vertiginous view of the city skyline.

This is the 61st street beach in Avalon, New Jersey. I have been coming to Avalon
for my entire life, it is almost like a second home. Most people like to go to the beach when
it is sunny outside and there are crowds of people having fun. I am the opposite.
There is an ineffable je ne sais quoi about being on the beach early in the morning,
no one is around, it is cold but not too cold, you can only hear the waves and the
seagulls. There is truly nothing else like it.
